Unfortunately the product is not in great condition. this is not Motostorm's fault. Termignoni packed and item that honestly should never have passed their quality controls so now I am stuck trying to resolve an issues all the way from Melbourne Australia... again - this is not Motostorm's fault - this issue lies with Termignoni.... just unlucky i guess,

Product is good, but there are hidden shipment cost (+ 42 EUR) on top on the one showed during the purchasing process. For a declared 170 EUR stuff, I totally paid 67 EUR shipping cost which is indeed too much. At the end, the tota price will be even more expensive than buying it in a shop.

In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As your country is not part of the european comunity you do not pay Vat on our website buit you are asked by your customs to pay taxes and duties on delivery. I have sent 2 emails to the company since my purchase was made, both have gone unanswered since. Paid for postage through the checkout process and was then told by delivery company, UPS, that an additional$300 Australian dollars was required for the item to clear customs. This was due to an error by Motorstorm in labelling the delivery incorrectly.
No response from Motorstorm at all. Very negative experience. No savings in product purchased made. Cost an extra$300 overall will never use them again..
