This is the second item I order from Motostorm. The experience has been good and the item arrived very, very quickly. The downside is that i had to pay on delivery an additional amount besides the shipping expenses quoted by the total amount meant that is was not as good of a deal as i had hoped for. I know the site mentions that additional cost may occur but looking back, i would probably have chosen a different provider

Solid company, the only thing is I wished it showed item was out of stock when I purchased it. Because I had to wait almost 2 months however I don't mind item was better than expected!

My item still hasn’t arrived and l bought in good faith. I also feel you should make it more clear a duty charge will be applied by the UPS the delivery company… £76 extra it cost me so the helmet as become very expensive and l still haven’t received it ….. very very disappointing

Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We state this on our website in the payments section at also at checkout.It is also stated on the confirmation email that you receive after the order has been placed.
