Secondo il mio parere è migliorabile sui tempi di consegna e sulle notizie da dare ai clienti in relazione a quest'ultimi. Il cliente ha bisogno di sapere con certezza se il prodotto è disponibile e quando verrà spedito. Ritengo già di ottimo livello il sito, la procedura per ordinare, la numerosa offerta dei prodotti trattati, l'imballaggio ed i metodi di spedizione. Concorrenziali i prezzi praticati e importante l'assenza di ulteriori spese con l'invio in contrassegno. Magari chiedo troppo.....una chat in orario d'ufficio (mattina e pomeriggio) per avere risposte e dialoghi in tempo reale, anche se devo dire che al cellulare indicato sul sito la risposta è sempre tempestiva.
