Product is good, but there are hidden shipment cost (+ 42 EUR) on top on the one showed during the purchasing process. For a declared 170 EUR stuff, I totally paid 67 EUR shipping cost which is indeed too much. At the end, the tota price will be even more expensive than buying it in a shop.

In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As your country is not part of the european comunity you do not pay Vat on our website buit you are asked by your customs to pay taxes and duties on delivery. We state this on our website and also on the confirmation email that you recieve after placing the order.

I have sent 2 emails to the company since my purchase was made, both have gone unanswered since. Paid for postage through the checkout process and was then told by delivery company, UPS, that an additional$300 Australian dollars was required for the item to clear customs. This was due to an error by Motorstorm in labelling the delivery incorrectly.
No response from Motorstorm at all. Very negative experience. No savings in product purchased made. Cost an extra$300 overall will never use them again..
