Professionali e veloci, che dire, continuate cosi'. Anche se la merce non era subito disponibile hanno sempre rispettato i tempi indicati. Consigliato. Magari incentivare i prodotti che realmente rispettano le normative europee sulla sicurezza senza condizionamenti di marche blasonate

Il giudizio è sicuramente positivo, il prodotto da me scelto non era in magazzino e complici le ferie estive è arrivato dopo una decina di giorni lavorativi (è solo per questo che non metto 5 stelle). Detto ciò l'assistenza è stata ottima e puntuale, il prodotto (un casco) è arrivato nella sua confezione originale ancora immacolata ed ad un prezzo estremamente competitivo. Presto farò nuovi acquisti.

Everthing was perfect exept the delivery by FedEx. Despite giving them the delivery address the failed twice. Delivery was made on the third attempt and several days later than expected. Motostorm was perfect in handling the order and arranging the shipment.
