Helpful staff and I was able to track the progress of the shipment.<br /> . Experience could have been improved by making it clear that a baseplate for Givi box needed to be purchased separately. This is not stated on website and I have had to order it separately and wait before I can install box.

I have no complaints but I would suggest that if there is going to be a delay in the shipment of an order, that an email be sent to the customer to explain why the delay and estimated date of shipment.
