The HS7 customs form was missing ! I had to be contacted by FedEx,fill up the form,explain the content and origin of the shipment - in order for it to clear US customs.Also,when I received my motorcycle helmet,I discovered some slight imperfections like - glue type of marks on the outer shell of the helmet,small but noticeable,one also glue like stain on the black-soft cushion that is at the bottom part ,that goes around the neck area.I was not happy about these stains on my brand new helmet.Also,after I placed my order,I received a confirmation email,but the processing of the order was not initiated,until after I emailed the company twice,asking what is going on with my order.I had a bad experience,most likely that I will not order from Motostorm in the future.Unless they are willing some how make it up to me.Thanks.
