The product I wanted was not available any more. After 2 Weeks (which is a pretty long time) they contacted me, if I wanted to choose another product or refund. I've chosen a slightly more expensive product, but didn't have to pay more. They needed almost another week to send the other product and UPS sent it here almost through whole Europe (the way was 3 times as long - 2200km instead of 700km direct). So is was pretty slow, but still it was a good service.

Comunicazione buona e risolutiva per due prodotti acquistati ma non disponibili (guanti non disponibili).. Ho selezionato degli sliders per la tuta di pelle di colore rosso e sono arrivati invece neri... nemmeno n commento da parte di motostorm a riguardo nonostante la segnalazione.<br /> Comunque mi continuero' a servire di Motostrom vista la grandissima scelta disponibile.<br /> Saluti ed a presto !<br />
