UPS has not delivered the package to my home and is forcing me to go to an Access Point. They are not going to come at the time they have to inform. Face, I didn't send my package home. I will surely NOT buy products from the online store again because I don't have to rely on UPS... Very bad experience.
Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery company.
The courier only indicated was that it was impossible for them to delivery and therefore the package wad left in a Pickup point.
We ship with various delivery companies, therefore if you do not wish for us to ship with UPS you can indicate it in the notes.
The package is signed as delivered at the Access Point.
