I ordered a Shoei Neotec 3 helmet at ~6pm East Coast USA time on Mar 5 and there was a notice when I woke up the next morning that it had been shipped. It arrived via Fedex at 2:30pm the next day, March 7. So, less than 48 hours from receipt of the order in Italy to delivery on my doorstep in Washington, DC. Hard to believe. The box and the helmet were both in good shape, no dents, dings or defects of any sort. I'm extremely happy with the service, and I LOVE the helmet.
