On Friday evening, I placed an order with your store. However, early on Saturday morning, I realized that I needed to cancel this order. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do this through your website, which led me to send an email requesting the cancellation.
To my disappointment, the item was shipped a few hours after I sent the email, as I was informed by a notification from UPS. As a result, I had to cancel the item when it was already in transit, but I was still responsible for the shipping costs.
I want to highlight the importance of a more user-friendly and accessible cancellation process on your website. This would make it easier for your customers to make changes to their orders in a more efficient and cost-effective manner.
