Unfortunately Motostorm use FedEx for shipping to non EU countries (like UK) I bought a Tenere bash plate and then received £50 import tax on top, so point ok eds buying from them to save money in the first place

I recieved my Rukka pants from MotoStorm here in San Francisco today..and as usual from them..Very FAST shipping and well boxed. I have ordered a lot of Gear from MotoStorm over the past few years and it Always arrives with-in 1 week . Very pleased with this company.!!

12 days to process an order is too slow. Still waiting for my product. Expected delivery puts it at 19 days which is far too long. 48hrs is usually how long for an order to be processed should be

delivery took longer than expected.
All channels that they have are not in use. contacted them via skype, instagram, email.
I couldn't get an update from their team until i directed the query to a specific staff. She was great in giving me the details and expected delivery date.
The delivery itself is fast. But the processing is whats off putting.
