We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. The item was not in stock and due to heavy demand it was not immediately available. You sent the email on January the 31st and we responded the 2nd of February once we reached the email. We welcome our customers to also call us in case they need clarification on any matter. We are open from Monday to Friday 9/19.30 Rome time.
