Ho preso molto poco (solo una imbottitura di ricambio per il mio casco LS2) per quella che è stata la mia esperienza la reputo buona. Consegna nei tempi previsi. Imballo perfetto. Prodotto buono.

Servizio ottimo, ho fatto un ordine per un regalo di compleanno nel primo pomeriggio e ho telefonato per chiedere se fosse possibile avere la consegna garantita per il giorno successivo. la signora che ha risposto, molto gentile, ha gestito subito la mia richiesta. Il giorno dopo ho ricevuto la consegna. Vasta disponibilità di articoli, prezzi giusti e personale molto disponibile. Comprerò ancora da voi. Consigliatissimo!!

The reviews are right.. “ships in 7 days” doesn’t mean the stock is at Motostorm, the one i ordered wasn’t so then got cancelled. I chose a diff color helmet that was “in stock” which still had to be ordered from supplier. I ordered my helmet on 29/12 and it finally arrived on 31 Jan. PLUS i had to pay 46 GBP if duty on a 161 GBP helmet. Overall. Extremely poor experience and would recommend to avoid. Adding duty and the hassle i could have purchased in local bike shop for same price it’s friendly service.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. The helmet you originally purchased was not available as it was on production and given the fact you ordered on December the 29th when companies were closed for Christmas holidays and they opened the second week of January, we were not able to ship sooner. Given the delay we offered an alternative with models we had in stock and some available to order. On January the 16th we modified the order as requested and shipped the order as soon as possible. As for import duties, those are indicated before the order is placed in the cart - once the UK is selected as destination country. These are requested since 2021 when Brexit was finalized.
