No fuss service. My helmet arrived 15 days after I ordered it. This is great as I'm on the other side of the world in Australia. Their communication whilst I was waiting was good too with regular emails tracking my helmet.

I purchased the Mytech modelx panniers and pannier rack (32 &39L). I live in United States and took about a little less than a month which is expected as they were on back order. Received email updating me and received notifications as soon as they shipped. Items received undamaged and accurate based on description from website. The locks came with (5) keys. Instructions should also come in English as it would be helpful. Thank goodness for Google translate from Italian to English. Overall would definitely purchase from them in future and definitely would recommend them to others.

I’ve purchased multiple items from Motostorm. Two required me to work with customer services given I screwed up my order. Andrea was super helpful and very responsive. Despite this company being based in Italy…never has been an issue and they use FedEx to deliver so it’s fast. Finally, hard to beat their prices for assessories or clothing/boots.
