I purchased a helmet during the Black Friday sale. The purchase was done online via their website, I decided to buy the helmet because there was an additional 10% off the sale price.
During the purchase process online, it was quite unclear where to apply the additional discount code and by mistake the purchase was made without me applying the code.
As soon as I realised what had happened I emailed Motostorm to ask if they could rectify my mistake and apply the additional discount. Motostorm did not take the time even respond back to me for a decision on the issue.
I did receive my helmet ( I’m located in Australia) but have still not had a response from Motostorm. I’m very disappointed Motostorm totally neglected my honest mistake and couldn’t be bothered to respond at all.
I was taking a risk purchasing an expensive item from an overseas company and will now reassess to only purchase in Australia where I have local support.
