Great website, it's easy to find what you're looking for and to browse for things in a certain category. Customer service was great when contacted. I'm a returning customer and will continue being one, I'd really recommend this shop!

The website said the product was not in stock and would ship in 5 days. The Helite jacket I ordered shipped 5 business days after ordering, and arrived in California 3 days after it shipped. I was hesitant ordering from Europe, but have to say I will definitely order again if the price makes sense.

I ordered a pair of Gaerne boots all the way from Idaho, USA. I was a bit skeptical ordering from Italy.
As it turned out, I was super easy, and fast! In fact I got my boots faster than a dishwasher I ordered from Home Depot in my home town!
I double checked the size three times before ordering, and I got the right size, delivered fast, and saved $100 USD on my order! I will be ordering again!
