Fantastic customer service. Shoei helmet originally wasn’t in stock but signed up for email notification when stock was available. Received email notification and completed order. Helmet was shipped and delivered as promised in less than a week from Italy to US destination. Simply amazing!

Hello Steffen, your order was placed on November the 22nd and shipment date was indicated for November the 30th.
We shipped on the 29th with UPS and your package it's on its way to you.
This was all indicated in the website and you have the tracking number to follow the package.

Perfect transaction from the time of placing my order to delivery. There were multiple updates on my order throughout, and delivery was very quick. Prices with the cost of freight were still way better than purchasing the products here in Australia. I was admittedly skeptical because of some of the negative reviews, but the defining difference between not taking a chance was that the company replied to the negative reviews, and tried to resolve whatever the issue was; plus, there were plenty of positive reviews, so I’m very glad I gave them my order, because it really was the perfect transaction.
