Ordered a $500 jacket that have been discontinued. The site was easy to navigate and everything was very straightforward. However, there was a delay from the time a shipping label had been created and the shipping company never received a package. For whatever reason motor storm was not able to contact me via the email address, I gave them, even though this is what I used to place the order in the first place, and got confirmation from them and the shipping company. Ultimately communication was established and they said they have been trying to get a hold of me for sometime because the jacket I had ordered was the last one in stock, and there was some minor blemishes on it. They sent me photos of the jacket in case I was still interested in it or not. Ultimately, I did not purchase the jacket, but they were very responsive and helpful once the communication problems were resolved. I will not hesitate to use them again, I would want to try to figure out why the email problem started in the first place. Was able to get the jacket, but that is beyond their control.
Four stars instead of five, because they had a jacket listed that maybe should not have been, at least they caught it before shipping..
