At first I was skeptical about the order. The delivery did take longer. But that's probably also because my helmet is a bit older and the inner lining took a while to deliver. During the delivery time I was also sufficiently informed about the delivery delay.
I am very positively surprised by the quality and customer service from Motostrom.

Motostorm has one of the largest selection of bike gears I have seen. Purchased 3 items on Oct 13th to ship to Canada and arrived on Oct 20th. Customer services was exceptional and prompt considering time zone difference. The only negative was that UPS may not have handled the packages carefully so the boxes came with some dents at corner and card board rip at top, luckily the items inside survived with no damages. FedEx may be a better choice. Although risk is involved with any kind of online purchase, all items are new and fits so I am very happy with my purchase and dealing with Motostorm. Will definitely buy from them again in the future!
