I tried to order an item but kept getting errors and could not place the order.
I contacted customer support and they immediately responded that there was a system error, which was resolved a few hours later.
Customer support was very responsive.
Also, the product I ordered was delivered to me in about 4 days despite the fact that it was exported to Japan, which was very fast.
The quality of the product received was also absolutely fine.
According to the information I had researched beforehand, the back protector was supposed to be able to be attached to the jacket, so I also purchased a protector, but there was no pocket, so I could not attach the protector to the jacket.
There were few pictures of the jacket and no explanation, so it would be better if there was information or recommendations on the protectors that can be attached to the jacket.
