Shipping superfast, but on first day of wearing sun visor was super stiff. Heard a pop and now visor flops up and down without lever. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Will be asking for a replacement or refund.

Ho telefonato ben tre volte e per tre volte ho avuto risposte dall'interlocutore di una maleducazione esagerata mai più acquisterò e sicuramente non mi adopererò Per far sì che qualcun altro acquisti da Voi(oltretutto ho acquistato il prodotto non idoneo) per fare il reso ho dovuto telefonare ben tre volte per far sì che lo venissero a ritirare o addirittura dovuto perdere un giorno e mezzo di lavoro.... Faccio questa recensione prima di ricevere il denaro indietro sicuramente non mi verranno nemmeno rimborsate le spese di spedizione..(come scritto nel sito) nonostante tutto l'errore dell'oggetto errato è Loro.

Il prodotto da noi spedito è specifico per il suo casco nei colori di produzione Nolan - dunque non si tratta di un prodotto errato.
Per quanto riguarda il ritiro, non siamo noi direttamente che lo effettuiamo, dunque è necessario contattare lo spedizioniere perché passino a ritirare - su questo non abbiamo potere alcuno.
In relazione al rimborso, la nostra politica è indicata sul sito.
