Il suo ordine è stato spedito all'indirizzo indicato quando ha concluso l'ordine.
Ci sono stati dei problemi in fase di consegna che non sono attribuibili a Motostorm e il pacco è finito in giacenza. L'abbiamo contattata telefonicamente in più occasioni (non ha mai risposto) e le abbiamo anche mandato una mail sollecitando un suo intervento: lei non ha mai dato riscontro a tali solleciti nei tempi previsti.
Le giacenze purtroppo non hanno durata illimitata, e per tanto il pacco è stato rispedito indietro.
L'ordine è stato anche correttamente rimborsato sul metodo di pagamento da lei utilizzato, e le è stata anche fornita la prova della transazione.
Siamo sicuramente dispiaciuti della sua esperienza negativa, ma ci teniamo a precisare che la "stagione estiva" a cui lei fa riferimento è un periodo di tempo ben più breve visto che il suo ordine è stato effettuato il 20 Agosto.

I was always happy to order with Motostorm, this time it took much longer to work on the order, which is sad, I had to ask several times what happen with the order. Before it was very quick. sorry to be little negative but was the last order which wasnt to the pervious speed

My local supplier was out of stock so I ordered a new top box for my V-Strom from Motostorm, Italy. I was surprised that it arrived within a week, all the way from Italy to Canada. I was also pleased that the total cost (product, shipping and duty) ended up being less than I found locally. And the top box is perfect! Very satisfied with Motostorm and would recommend.

Bestellung hat ewig gedauert. Liefertermin Donnerstag zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr. Ich war extra zu Hause. Lieferung dann am Freitag.bich war nicht zu Hause. Nun bin ich mit dem Motorrad weg. Und die Lieferung? Nie wieder Motorstorm. Außerdem 26 Euro Versand plus 32 Euro Zoll. Was soll das? Ich bestelle regelmäßig im Netz. 32 Euro von 83 Euro für das Bestellte? Rätsel
