Les casques devaient être expédiés sous 5 jours. Ils l'ont été sous 10 jours. A part cela la relation avec motostorm a été parfaite et l'équipe est très réactive. Le commercial parle français ce qui est très appréciable. Le colis est bien arrivé et conforme à la commande. Entreprise sérieuse à recommander.

The exhaust wasnt wxactly as pictured, i wrote an email or two describing the differances, but they didnt bother me. I am a fabricator by trade tho an was very impressed with the outside of the exhaust attentoon tobdetail an so on, this actuall regards the manufactur, Mivv, but my eye cud get past the wwld protrusions in the header flanges, and tje hole drilled for the air/fuel bung was still connected on one side, and hanging inside the head pipe. So i spent about 1.5 hours with a die grinder and various carbide an sanding tools an really smootjer out the inside of the upper header flange welds, as well as the 2 into 1 section. I do have an exceptional eye since its my trade, but i didnt wxpwct it to be as bad as it was internally from am italian company. The exhaist is ezaxtly what i wanted, and i was glad to make it flow better myself. I would purchase a mivv exhaust again, an definitely otjer parts from Motostorm so hthanks allot from vale,NC USA......

Una stella in meno del massimo perchè al momento del mio ordine non ho mai ricevuto una mail con le indicazioni del momento in cui mi sarebbe stato spedito l'ordine. Inoltre ho dovuto aspettare 21 giorni prima di avere un tracking dallo spedizioniere che mi avvisava di aver preso in carico la spedizione. inoltre mi dispiace ma non dare notizie dell'ordine per tre settimane sono troppe............quindi una stella in meno, per il resto tutto come da descrizione e imballo e oggetto perfetto. grazie e alle prossime
