I’ve generally had good luck with Motostorm, but this order was particularly frustrating. It took over a month to receive an order and I was only updated with progress of my order after I reached out for a refund. The mivv exhaust came rather quickly once I made contact, but a month of riding season had already passed. Better communication about delays would be appreciated

The order was placed on September the 2nd and the item was not in stock, shipment was programmed for the 12th.
With items that are not in stock we indicate an estimate shipping date based on what manufacturers indicate to us - this can change due to production, shipping or any other event that may occur during process from producers.
We shipped on September the 26th once the item arrived from the manufacturer.
If customers need products with fast shipping, it is necessary to look for the "IN STOCK - SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS" sign in the webpage.

Everything is fine! I ordered Akrapovic full exhaust system for my Suzuki GSX-8S, order was made 9-10-2023, at the bottom portion of listed item was notification that shipping process takes around 15 days, and exactly 9-26-2023 my order was shipped. After 3 days I got my package here in the US. I would recommend this shop to my closest friends.
