In 2023 you expect to have the invoice downloadable from the user account, as everything is digital.
Let's say your website is not up to date, but then, when a client asks for the invoice to be sent by email, AT LEAST do that.
Super disappointed. There are tones of other moto online shops to buy from.

Very kind and helpful staff. It's true that the product has been delivered a bit later than expected at the time of the order, but the delay was mainly due to the factory.
