Prices are good, somewhat good communication, however the shipping time is way too long, how hard is it to box up the product and send it out the process shouldn’t take 2 weeks. it finally did arrive and in perfect condition considering that it came from Italy. Would I use them again? Probably not. Just not as pleasant a experience as I expected.
