£49 import fee which was not stated when purchasing.. I will never buy from here again..

Hello, we are sorry you are not happy with you experience.
We do indicate both in the website and in the confirmation email what follows:
"Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery."
The UK has been out of the European Union for three years now, and Custom charges have been requested since.

The price was really good 👍 even if i had to pay an extra fee for the import i did pay less then if i had buy the same product in my original country. Shipping was really fast too. Thanks from Canada

Didnt realise I had to pay import duties so made this item more expensive than just ordering from uk, maybe an unfair rating but would of been nice to know before ordering

Since Brexit the UK is no longer part of the European Union and therefore the VAT does not apply on the prices when purchasing within the EU and in Motostorm. However when the package arrives in the UK it goes through customs and they may require the recipient to pay import duties on some occasion. When this is the case, they send the bill through the transport company to the recipient. There is a reminder of this eventuality on our website under "payments" section, and also in the order confirmation sent by email after the payment has been processed successfully.

1. It was a bit difficult to get invoice addressed to my company.
2. After I made transfer, I got info, that item must be ordered from factory.
3. Delivery was two weeks late.
