It took a couple of weeks to receive my product. However that was due to the Aug. holiday break. The product arrive with no damages. Also awesome quick response when i ask for a status, and customer support prior to my order.

I found the liner for my Nolan n103 helmet easily, submitted my order and got an optimistic delivery date. Being a first time customer the following delayed delivery date caused a little concern. After a short wait, think it was a week, the status changed to processed and shipped. I received the package in perfect condition as if I ordered it locally not from halfway around the world. Thanks! I have a new helmet again complete with wear marks.
