we have orders from Motostrom about 2-3 times already. received the product is very satisfied But last time the product was received a little late ( we were afraid the product would be lost) we received help from ANDREA
customer service and she tracked the product for us. We are very satisfied and will continue to use the service from Motostrom.

Bought my Shoei Hornet from Motostorm and it was a breeze. Delivery to the Philippines via UPS was quick in less than a week. Unfortunately though I was charged almost $90 tax upon arrival. But overall, it was a great experience.

Spedizione in ritardo senza info è avvenuta immediatamente appena sollecitata al telefono
L'articolo da Lei ordinato non era a magazzino ma indicato come spedizione in 7 giorni, perchè doveva arrivare dal marchio stesso prima. purtroppo c'è stato un ritardo nel arrivo della merce ed abbiamo spedito appena abbiamo ricevuto l'articolo. ci scusiamo per il ritardo e il disagio.
