Nous sommes désolés si vous n'etes pas satisfaits par la livraison. La commande a ètè placée le 26 aout pour un article indiqué avec expédition le 30 aout, mais nous l'avons expédié déjà le 28. La livraison en Suisse a eu lieu le 31 aout, soit 3 jours plus tard. Les expéditions pour la Suisse, comme le prévoient les autorités Suisses, doivent passer par la douane Suisse pour dédouanement, puisque le colis arrive de l'Union Européenne. La facture est ensuite remise au destinataire à travers le transporteur. Les couts sont fixés par la douane Suisse nous n'avons pas d'autorité en la matière.

Ordering was easy. Received product in a timely manner. The only issue I have is return process. Trying to figure out how you get a return label so as to send it back. The policy says that they will take the return fees out of what you get back, which I am fine with but then they just give you a return address in Italy and no explanation of a return label needed for UPS.
