Great service, but charged for GST I had to also pay myself. This is devious and unfortunate. Unless in Italy, you will pay for duty they are pocketing. Shame on YOU.

Boh, partito in ritardo, in ritardo pure la consegna... 3 giorni per avere notizie dal venditore dopo aver fatto reclamo paypal... ancora non si è visto il prodotto...
L'articolo da Lei ordinato era indicato come spedizione in 5 giorni sul nostro sito ed è stato effettivamente spedito 5 giorni dopo, al indirizzo indicato da Lei nel ordine.
Abbiamo inviato la conferma della spedizione all'indirizzo mail indicato nel ordine. Non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna comunicazione da parte Sua.
Tramite il Suo reclamo paypal siamo stati messi a conoscenza del fatto che Lei era in contatto direttamente con il corriere, avendo chiesto un fermo deposito. Ricordiamo che ogni modifica alla consegna, incluso un cambio indirizzo, verrà considerato dal corriere soltanto se indicato dal mittente, per tutelare la sicurezza delle spedizioni.
Dal momento che abbiamo saputo della situazione ci siamo impegnati a risolvere con il corriere al più presto.
Per comunicare un eventuale problema di consegna in futuro, può contattare direttamente il nostro servizio clienti che risolverà la questione.

Overall a very good vendor with great variety and fair prices. User interface for on-line orders needs improvement, especially regarding updates on orders and shipment. Still a very good vendor that I would recommend and will use again.
