I purchased the item from them instead of through the manufacture because they claimed it was in stock. I’m guessing it was not, took a month before it shipped. Once shipped it was surprisingly fast. I understand that sometimes things are beyond your control, but a simple email would’ve gotten you the fifth star. Other than that, I’m very happy with the overall experience & looking forward to doing more business with you. Site is fantastic, prices are great & shipping is like a sore dick…just unbeatable. I will share my experience with friends and family or anyone looking to save on motorcycle gear, I will caution them about the possible lag time though.

First time i used the site. Being their from anthor country had me nervous. I had no problems everything was great exhaust came when it was spose too. Will used again.

I ordered a motorcycle jacket here for my son, then saw a few negative reviews that started to scare me. Motostorm did a great job, did just what they said. We were able to see the transaction go from processing to shipping and we received it exactly on time! My son loves his jacket, thank you so much guys!

Envoi rapide et conforme. Par contre le livreur UPS à jeté le colis dans mon jardin, visible de tout le monde. Une chance que personne ne l'ai volé !
