Very bad. I made an order paid in full, they sent the item and when it was nearly delivered to me they told me there was a change to my order. They wanted to add a third more to the cost for import duties. Cancelled the order and told them I would not have ordered if they had told me before hand. It took well over a month to get my money back and they had the cheek to charge me for the returned item. Do not buy from this conning company unless you live in Italy.
Hello, as comunicated by email, customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. You are based in the Uk. You d not pay Vat on our website but you are asked to pay these costs by customs when clearance is processed. We indicate this on our website and also in the confirmation email that you recieve when you register an order. The goods were returned to motostorm after you refused to receive your parcel. It has taken a considerable length of time becasue the parcel had to undergo customs clearance two times.
