I now order fairly routinely from Motostorm.it from here in the United States. All things considered, the overall pricing is lower on many products than over here; and the shipping, while fairly expensive, is very fast and still does not cause the overall price/value to drop. Of course, I use other retailers here; but now I always check against the Motostorm.it price. It just makes sense.

Online purchasing was easy to use. But stock holding status is not accurate. An item they stated was in stock, actually wasn't and I had to wait an additional 4 weeks for the item. I would've purchased the item elsewhere if I knew that in the first place.
Other than that, the item finally arrived and was package very well.

Communication with Motostorm took time (2-3 days), and could be better. It's best to send multiple messages through Instagram, Email, or Facebook to reach them. I would contact them to see if the item is in stock first, and make sure fitment will be correct. Fast shipping. Received my item in 4 days from Italy to the US west coast. Would buy from them again. But overall great shopping experience.
