I ordered an airoh pad for my gp500 from the motostorm site last week.
I made the purchase without reading the website reviews beforehand. But as soon as I finalized the purchase I decided to investigate. At first I was scared due to the negative reviews of the site.
The next day I called there where I was greeted by an employee named Carol.
Carol was super friendly and attentive and said that the helmet part would be ordered directly from the Airoh factory and that it would be sent as soon as possible. I explained that I didn't live in mainland Portugal but on the islands, to which she replied that it wouldn't be a problem.
It was the best shopping site I have ever experienced. Best customer service I've had.
I have to thank Carol for her friendliness and prompt response.
Thank you all so much you have a customer for life.

Great product. Accurate description. Perfect fit. Awesome price. Pretty quick delivery, it opted on the sooner than later side as it was initially told to me. Stop looking by here
