I researched some helmets and came across MT helmets, I really like the design and the only place that sell it was Motostorn. I ordered a MT helmet from motostorm last month. 2 weeks later I check on my order and saw they still didn’t process the items. So I contact them, they said they made a misteak the size isn’t there any more, so I said ok no problem, another color is fine. Waited 2 more weeks, the item wasn’t processed yet. I then requested to cancel the order and got a refund. A week later I gave motostorn another chance and ordered a different helmet Agv k6 S in a size Small. I received a email that it shipped the next day. I was very happy. The item came in 5 days. The shipping experience was much better. However, when the item came the helmet was the wrong size. I ordered size small and the helmet came in size X-small. I was not very happy with motostorm experience for my past 2 orders. I contacted them about the wrong size helmet but I have not recieved a response yet. So far the experience has not been so great.

This wa not my first time to order from Motostorm. They have always followed through with the order in the time frame provided. The products have been in excellent shape when they have arrived. I won't hesitate to order from them in the future if they have a product that I want.

Very easy transaction and delivery to the West Coast Ca USA

The service itself when it comes to ordering and delivery was OK. I am concerned however that there is no returns allowed when shipped to the United States and the fact that it is a helmet and may not fit was a real possibility. One of the features is that the helmet has speaker pockets and I was disappointed to find that my Harley Davidson Boom headset speakers don't fit. Now I am stuck with the helmet.

The delivery is super fast. From the day I placed my orders, the shipment arrived within 5 days ( Malaysia). I am very happy with the exhaust system as I was looking for this exhaust brand Termignoni, for a long time. Fitted the exhaust to my BMW R9T Scrambler and the the difference in the power band is fantastic. I am very satisfied with the purchase especially it's a Termignoni. Will do another purchase soon.
