Please check your spam if you have not found it in your inbox. The package is currently in transit, to Chile it takes average 8 days but may be delayed by customs clearance. Although prices are competitive expect to wait an unreasonably long time for your order. Two weeks from ordering until dispatch and then a further two weeks before the items were delivered, which I find unacceptable. I’ve ordered from other companies in Italy and received my goods within less than a week in Northern Ireland. I sent several emails requesting updates and information on my order and received no response, so a definite lack of communication. In future I would prefer to pay a little extra to a more reliable and dependable company as I sincerely doubt that I will use Motostorm again.
