The new Arai helmet I purchased arrived in perfect condition and packaging. The purchasing process was smooth and seemed reliable. Shipping was slow however. If shipping improves I would rate this store as 4 or 4.5 stars.

The item I ordered was listed as in stock. Then after a few days I saw my order was on hold. Turns out the item wasn’t in stock after all. At 1st I was aggravated and behind schedule with work on my bike. Their customer support person was great. She apologized for the lateness and explained that there were weather emergencies in their area and it was causing problems with shipments. She was helpful and informative and prevented this from being a bad experience. Thank you J!
I have taken a star off for not having accurate inventory displayed on their website. This seems to be a problem everywhere these days.

今回が海外ショップから直接の購入だった言うことが、アクセプトメールが英語ということで気づきました。海外のショップが初めてだったことで商品が届くまで大変心配でした。
前置きはこのくらいにして今回購入の商品ですが、自分のバイクは2023年式で商品説明にある2019年式と異なっていたため想定通り取り付け出来るか心配でしたが30分程度ですんなり完了しました。
取り付け後、300kmほどドライブし、サイドバッグの機能として想定通りであることを確認しました。
バッグですが、外観は画像どおりでおしゃれな感じです。丈夫な革で作られているのでサイドバッグとして申し分ないですが、バイクから取り外して持ち歩くには、かなり重いのと未だ革が馴染んでいないせいか取り回しは硬く感じられました。
まぁ、全体を通して満足レベルでした。
