I ordered a pair of gloves that arrived within the predicted time with FedEx.
Motostorm website simple to navigate
One suggestion would be to able to filter helmets by EC 22.06 or SHARP certification
The FedEx tracking app/web experience was clunky and not accurate but no big deal

I bought a GPS in canadian $ was charge 60$ more. Plus Another 70$ duties. Gps européen. Try to contact customer service twice and no answer. I had to contested on my credit card

Muy mal comunicación. Compre el casco 2 de mayo, en este momento había el producto en stock. Lo enviaron 16 de mayo ( 6 días después de la fecha programada) y ningún correo de aviso en estas dos semanas por la tardancia. Además el casco costo 286 euros y al recibir en México me cobraron 120 euros de aranceles. Para que tenga en cuenta que para envíos internacionales tienen que contemplar este gasto.

Hola, lamentamos el retrazo que fue causado por un retrazo en la entrega del casco por parte del productor. El sitio indicaba el envio para el 10 de Mayo antes que usted finalizarà el pedido y tardamos 6 dìas de esta fecha. Los aranceles tambien estan indicados en nuestro sitio web y en el correo electornico de confirmaciòn cuando se hacen pedidos en Motostorm. Todos los paises afuera de la Union Europea no pagan IVA cuando compran en Europa, tendràn que pagarsela a su pais antes de la entrega.
