Hallo, es tut uns leid, dass die Größe nicht gepasst hat. Wie auf unserer Website veröffentlicht, haben Sie das Recht auf eine kostenlose Rücksendung aus Österreich. Die Rücksendeanweisungen finden Sie auf unserer Website. Wir können sehen, dass Sie am 11. um eine Rückgabe gebeten haben. Wir haben Ihnen noch am selben Tag eine E-Mail geschickt, um zu bestätigen, dass wir die Größe umtauschen würden, nachdem die Rücksendung die Qualitätskontrolle gemäß unseren Rückgabebedingungen bestanden hat. Wir warten jetzt darauf, dass Ihr Paket zurückkommt. Sie erhalten dann eine Bestätigungsmail. Herzliche Grüße
