Hi, we are sorry you were not satisfied about our service. The product you had ordered was indicated on our website as shipping in 7 days.This is because the item was not in our stock and had been ordered at the Brand first. Therefore you order was not shipped immediately but as soon as we have received the item from the Brand. The planned shipping date is indicated in your order list when you log in to your account. This is pure coincidence that you have called the day before we shipped. The delivery took longer than planned because the package went through customs. We are glad you have at the end received your package well and apologize for the delay. Kind Regards

The FedEx delivery is awful. No response, no notification in advance, no reasonable link to pay taxes and duties online. Some guy calls you and asks your credit card number. He requires to text him. Not secure and not safe

First I tried using their "My orders" page but it is very generic and couldn't get anywhere. I finally e-mailed Motostrom about whether the item had been shipped yet or not, Vula! The next day I got an e-mail saying it was on the way. After that it took another full week to get my order.
So in conclusion, I can understand the order taking some time being from another country but they completely dropped the ball by not placing the order until I contacted them plus there generic website.
I'll never use them again nor recommend.
