The item I ordered was not in stock. They ordered the item and kept me informed as to its approximate delivery date. Motostorm informed me my item was back in stock and gave me the delivery date. The item is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you

It was my first time to use an overseas mail order, so I was a little worried, but the explanation on the site was easy to understand in Japanese, and my inquiries were handled smoothly and very conscientiously. I was able to install the purchased muffler without any problems. I am satisfied that I can buy it cheaper than buying it in Japan. I regret buying a GIVI case from a Japanese site a few months ago.
