Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We inform our clients of this on our website and on the confirmation email that you receive after the order has been placed.

Living in the US I was skeptical about buying from Motostorm, since the Givi Canyon panniers were way cheaper than what I would pay in the US. There was a slight delay with the shipping, but they let me know in time and as soon as the product was available I received it in 3 days!!! Amazing customer experience!

Wonderful experience. I was cautious about buying something from a vendor outside the US. All concerns are gone. They did excellent! The product was just as described, and it arrived very quickly....but the gloves run a little small (and yes, I checked the sizing chart). Both my son and I thought the fit was small so ended up keeping his size L and wanted to return the size M I ordered for myself...but in order to return it I have to ship it back to Italy...and that will cost me more than half of what the gloves are worth....so I am going to keep them and see if I can sell them locally. I don't mind paying a restock fee....but $50 to internationally ship the items to receive less than 50% of what I paid is not great.
