Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Very quick postage once items came back into stock. Needed to do a littile chasing, however, to find delay in order wasb ecause item was out of stock.

Living in the US I was skeptical about buying from Motostorm, since the Givi Canyon panniers were way cheaper than what I would pay in the US. There was a slight delay with the shipping, but they let me know in time and as soon as the product was available I received it in 3 days!!! Amazing customer experience!

Wonderful experience. I was cautious about buying something from a vendor outside the US. All concerns are gone. They did excellent! I had a question shortly after ordering and they responded quickly putting me at ease. If you live in the USA and know what you want, feel confident ordering through Motostorm!

The product was just as described, and it arrived very quickly....but the gloves run a little small (and yes, I checked the sizing chart). Both my son and I thought the fit was small so ended up keeping his size L and wanted to return the size M I ordered for myself...but in order to return it I have to ship it back to Italy...and that will cost me more than half of what the gloves are worth....so I am going to keep them and see if I can sell them locally. I don't mind paying a restock fee....but $50 to internationally ship the items to receive less than 50% of what I paid is not great.
