I asked that UPS delivery man call me on the phone before delivering the package at home. They did not. I had to pick it up at a delivery point that was a disaster and I had to go twice because they couldn't find it the first time. Nothing funny!

This is by far my favourite online seller of the motorcycle equipment in the World. Over the years I have bought more than EUR 20,000 equipment from them, always on time, the customer service was always there. They are the best!
