I have waited for my order for more than 5 days to be shipped.I guess the item was not readily available, but Motostorm answered all my inquiries and helped me through the process. I received my Gaerne boots 5 days later after I got a tracking number. I have already ordered from Motostorm in the past and will still continue to shop for my moto gear in the future.

Ordering was easy. The product shipped within 2 days and arrived 2 days later. I was actually surprised how fast it arrived in Florida since it was shipping from Italy.
