Exhaust is amazing! However, instructions on how to install could be improved. Label the parts in the diagram clearly. The holes on the bracket included doesn't align so I was only able to use 1 hole. I'm also missing 1 rubber protector for the springs. But everything else, it's pretty good.

I wrote two emails asking questions before placing an order which were not responded.
Prices are generally higher than their competition and only practical with web price matching or discount coupons. Shipping is very efficient and quick and the store offers a variety of excellent brands, but general customer service is utter rubbish.

I can't say enough about the fast shipping I have gotten from Motostorm. I get items faster from Italy to California faster than I get from many items purchased in the US.
