Buon giorno, abbiamo rispettato il giorno previsto di spedizione, purtroppo il corriere è stato confrontato a dei ritardi dovuto ai volumi di merce del periodo natalizio e hanno consegnato a Lei in ritardo. Ci dispiace molto per il disagio.

they didn't honor the time line, they supposed to ship in 48 hrs, after 3weeks the order was still there not even processed, i had to cancel!!, they are not to be trusted !!!

When purchasing AirScud it is impossible to order IN&BOX from IN&MOTION as the company doesn't accept MasterCard or Visa payment! Be careful because the AirScud is useless without IN&BOX!!!!

No communication regarding postage or tracking for my items. 2 emails sent and no reply. Purchase date stated there end 13/12/22. I purchased on the 3/12/22. Items still not received as of 18/12/22.

Easy to buy from. Courier wasn’t that great - three dates given for delivery. Import charges made the item expensive but none of that is down to Motostorm.
