I live in the USA and the outlet that we have uses 110v. The Mavic 3 fly more combo that I bought from you came with the 65w charger that uses 220v plug. I had to buy a new 65w charger for $85 from DJI.

They sent me a defective product and are refusing to pay for return shipping or give me a refund. Now I’m stuck with a defective product that I cannot use and I’m losing all the money I paid for it. Very unethical company! Do not buy anything from here.
